Sustainable Fashion Marketplace

I want to do something about fashion wastage. For e.g. everybody keeps buying new clothes to go out. Limited space to keep, wastage of money. And everybody wants to wear something new every time which is not sustainable. However if we look around. There is a huge unlocked fashion pool- people, stores, malls around us already have a wide variety & mix of outdoor wear collectively.
